My loving support is offered through personalized flower essence blends, intuitive and transformative collaboration, mentorship, workshops, and flower essence education for hospice communities.

These offerings are birthed through my full immersion in Life and my deeply rooted intuitive nature, and are further enhanced by my background in and ongoing practice with Flower Essence Therapy, Hakomi Integrative Somatics for trauma recovery, Non-Violent Communication, Mediation, and Polarity Therapy.

In 2003, I completed the Practitioner Training with FES (Flower Essence Society), and in 2009 I became an FES certified flower essence practitioner. In 2009, I participated in and presented at the Advanced Practitioner Training with FES.

Those drawn to me and my offerings are responding to Wisdom’s invitation to enter into a respect-full process of slowing down, deepening, and gently moving inward to a place of Stillness to listen for the Voice of Wisdom to guide us. I hold a strong and nurturing space for this transformative process, and it is from this foundation of compassion that you will learn to Embody Your Essence ever more fully.
